I am back in school. In addition to classes, I started my internship in DC this week. I have been commuting for the past two days. I get up at five in the mornings to workout and get to the MARC by seven; in between working out and getting on the MARC, I pack my snacks for the day,eat breakfast, shower and iron my clothes. This morning, I took my time getting out the door and I had to sprint, yes sprint (in pumps) to get to the train. Needless to say, I bought a pair of comfortable (and professional looking) shoes during lunchtime, to wear to work.
I can’t wait until the weekend; I have to put things into perspective, there are several things I have to juggle this year: classes, my workout routine to maintain, LSAT prep, applying to law school, running a school organization and I want to take a Pilates class at least once a week and join Toastmasters. What?! I believe I can do it though, I am determined. Time management is key or so they say.
Oh by the way, “Love In the Time of Cholera” by Marquez— Sublime!
